Brand New Elmo

Yesterday was the 10th anniversary of the debut of the Tickle Me Elmo doll. Now a decade later, a new doll is out and he's hysterical. He cracks himself up, complete with knee slapping, side-splitting, gut-busting, out of control laughter.
